Exchange Policy

You have the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.

Custom-made products or opened/used items can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange unless the reason is an error or defect on our part.
Return Policy

Customers may request to return the product and receive a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and invoices.

The item will be inspected upon receipt to confirm its condition before processing the refund.

If the return is due to a defect or error in the order, the company will cover all shipping costs.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after completing the product review.
Cases Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy

Products damaged due to misuse.

Custom-made products as per the customer’s request.

Any product that has been attempted to be repaired outside the company.
