Exchange Policy

  • You have the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.

  • Custom-made products or opened/used items can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange unless the reason is an error or defect on our part.

Return Policy

  • Customers may request to return the product and receive a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and invoices.

  • The item will be inspected upon receipt to confirm its condition before processing the refund.

  • If the return is due to a defect or error in the order, the company will cover all shipping costs.

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after completing the product review.

Cases Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Custom-made products as per the customer’s request.

  • Any product that has been attempted to be repaired outside the company.
